Refund Policy

At Trip back, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you wish to cancel a trip and request a refund, please review the following policy:

✅ Trips can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the departure time for a full refund.
✅ If cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before departure, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
❌ Refunds are not possible if cancelled less than 6 hours before the departure time.
