By using the TripBack application, you agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the application or any of its services.

1. Introduction

TripBack is a technology platform designed to connect tourism transport companies and drivers who have available return trips with groups and families seeking affordable group travel. By using the application, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform / TripBack: The application and its related technical services.
  User: Any person using the application, whether as a group representative or a driver/transport company.
  Driver / Transport Company: The party providing the vehicle (Bus – Mini Bus – Microbus).
  Group / Client: One person representing a group or family booking a trip.
  Trip: A return trip listed by a driver or transport company.
  Services: The technical services provided by the platform to connect both parties.
  Fees: Any amounts paid for subscriptions or services within the platform.

3. Nature of the Service

• TripBack acts solely as a technical intermediary between drivers/transport companies and groups.
  
• The platform does not provide transportation services and does not own or operate any vehicles.
  
• All agreements are made directly between the driver and the group representative.
  
• TripBack is not a party to any agreement or dispute between users.
  
• The platform is limited to displaying return trips and facilitating communication only.

4. Account Registration & Use

• Users must provide accurate and correct information during registration.
  
• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  
• TripBack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misleading information or misuse.
  
• The user must be an authorized representative of the group or transport company.
  
• The application is available only to users who have reached the legal age.

5. Driver / Transport Company Obligations

• Comply with all legal licenses and permits related to tourism transportation.
  
• Provide a safe and suitable vehicle for the agreed trip.
  
• Commit to the agreed trip time and location.
  
• Assume full responsibility for the trip and passenger safety.
  
• Provide accurate information regarding seats and vehicle type.
  
• TripBack is not responsible for any negligence by the driver or transport company.

6. Group / Client Obligations

• Bookings must be made under one person representing the group.
  
• Provide accurate information about passenger count and departure location.
  
• Commit to the agreed trip time with the driver.
  
• Agree on price and details directly with the driver.
  
• Assume responsibility for any incorrect information provided.

7. Fees

• Using the TripBack platform is currently free for all users.
  
• The platform does not charge fees for listing trips or communication between drivers and groups.
  
• All financial agreements related to trips are made directly between the driver and group representative without TripBack’s involvement.
  
• The platform reserves the right to introduce fees or subscriptions in the future, and users will be notified in advance before any changes take effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

• TripBack does not guarantee the quality of transportation services provided by drivers.
  The platform is not responsible for any delays or trip cancellations.
  TripBack is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from agreements between users.
  The platform is not responsible for luggage, passengers, or any incidents.
  Any agreement between users is at their own responsibility.

9. Disclaimer

• TripBack is not responsible for technical failures or temporary service interruptions.
  
• The platform is not responsible for information entered by users.
  
• TripBack is not responsible for force majeure or circumstances beyond control.
  
• The platform does not guarantee trip availability at all times.

TripBack has the right to suspend or terminate any user account in case of:

• Violation of the terms
• Providing incorrect information
• Misuse of the platform
• Inappropriate behavior with other users 

12. Changes to Terms 

TripBack reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time.
Continued use of the application after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable local laws.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably between the parties.
TripBack is not a party to disputes between drivers and groups.
